3 Ways to Sneak More Veggies into Your Diet

 

There's no denying we need vegetables. They're rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and they're a great way to bulk up a meal to help us feel full and satisfied. Here are some ideas to work more vegetables in your diet. 

#1 - Add veggies to dishes you already love. Layer zucchini slices into lasagna. Stir chopped up broccoli florets into a stir fry. Or toss spinach into an omelet or smoothie. 

#2 - Enhance your favorite soups by adding vegetables. Just add raw or frozen vegetables while you're heating or cooking the soup. 

#3 - Make them easily accessible by chopping them up on your meal prep day and store them in gallon size baggies! Then just pour them out, season, and roast!
