On May 13 CrossFit Aestus held a Benefit WOD to support 3 Irish Jewels Farm and Camp Bluebird. 3IJF is a Non-Profit Organization that provides day and track out camps for children and adults with Autism. Nearly $600 was raised for 3IJF and everyone got a great workout. It was an excellent event and we a proud to support such a great organization!

We changed our layout!  On Saturday February 4th, we moved our 24′ long Pull Up rig  to the center of our floor area.  Our classes now have greater accessibility to the rig and our Bootcamp and CrossFit Kids ( http://crossfitaestus.com/programs/  ) classes (which run at the same time) each have 1000′ feet of space to workout.  Come check us out!     https://www.facebook.com/CrossFitAestus/
