Sounds like a pretty good deal, right? Let me explain. I have always journaled.  It’s something I learned to do as a form of expression as well as a way to get my thoughts on paper.  Journaling also provides feedback to yourself.  The written word has the effect of being more “concrete” and so it “sticks” much better than just thinking and attempting to retain info. How did you find CrossFit Aestus? I had left my old gym before having my son, joined a new one once I was cleared after having my son. I went to this new one for a couple of months but honestly just didn’t fit in with the people, it was just go in, workout, and leave no more no less. A couple good friends of mine kept telling me I need to come check out Aestus, it’s such an amazing gym, the people and the coaches are awesome, the head coach even wore a T-Rex costume one time!
