What is Crossfit Aestus?

For the last 3 ½ years, about half way through December, I reflect on the prior 12 months and compare CFA’s year to what our vision is.

It goes beyond a business plan, revenue goals or operations planning.

I’d like to share that with you now.

Our Vision here is pretty simple:  Help others reach their goals.

Setting up that vision is possible through and living by three words here at CFA:

Motivation.

Support.

Results.

What do those words mean here?

  • Motivation: We believe success drives motivation, not the other way around. We don’t have coaches here that will scream “YOU GOTTA WANT IT!” at you in order to “motivate” you.  That’s not our style.  Instead, we have built an environment where its OK to step outside your comfort zone.  We identify and celebrate victories (large or small). To put it simple, small wins add up to big wins.

  • Support: Goal setting (especially fitness goals) can be a lot like walking in the woods as it’s getting dark. You know there’s a trail.  But it’s hard to see and your compass and flashlight got left in the car….

Support comes in two forms here at CFA. One, Coaching.  Our coaches are here to guide and teach.  Two, our family. Our family is made up of people who have been on the same journey as you.  They know that hard work pays off.  They are right there with a kind word, and “fist bump”.

  • Results: We want what you want.  Whatever that may be. Getting results will take some planning, but the good news is you get to pick what we are planning for. The Coaches here at CFA will work with you to help you reach your goals.  And, our members will be here working hard with you.  Those two things together go a long way to putting the things in place that will help you succeed.

The method here at CFA is not an easy one.  We do believe that things worth having are worth working for.  But, with the ideals behind Motivation, Support and Results in place, we believe that anything is achievable.
